A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay shall be payable to confirm a reservation. Credit card payments willl incur a 2% booking charge, no charge will be made on debit card payments.

Final numbers must be advised 4 weeks prior to stay and the final invoice will be issued for your stay.

The balance of the stay shall be payable on arrival.

Rooms will be available from 2pm and must be vacated by 10am.
Bags can be left for collection later.

All members of the group MUST BE 18 years of age or over.

Prices are for bed only accommodation. All linen is provided including towels
(guest are asked to bring their own towel for the beach or other activities.)

Guest are liable for any damage incurred during their stay, and for the loss of any keys.
 All damages or losses must be paid for before departure.

Seascape Lodge cannot be held responsible for any cash or valuables left on the premises or in the car park.

Seascape Lodge is strictly NO SMOKING, any one who ignores this will be fined and asked to leave without any refund.

Any one admitting a non-paying guest will be fined and asked to leave without any refund.
